Pretty entertaining.
The first puzzle may seem a little daunting to some, but it's not too frustratingly hard that it'll make people quit and never come back. The "jam puzzle" section seems a bit out of place as far as the setting and style go, but I suppose this is only the first in a series of games like this, so I'm willing to see where it goes from here.
Overall, I think it was pretty entertaining. Although I'd probably let people click through the text portions with a "next" button, as the pacing of the story elements can seem kind of slow.
Also, the mind-reading bit is a tad unbelievable, because there isn't a person I know that doesn't like jam ;o .
