but this game is still alot of fun when figured out how to do it ok.

Reminds me of that old spaceship game.
What was it, Asteroids? Either way. I liked the way the shots could be angled, and that you could get hit more than once. It also reminded me of the Matrix. XDD Nice job, though. :]
Oh, and I only run IE, and it's fine.
Very enjoyable
The only reason I didn't rate this a perfect 10 is.... Well, 2 things....
The music is a little repetitive. It's basically a very short loop, but it didn't get too annoying. -1
Sticky movement. The only diagonal direction you can move is up left.... What? -1
Other than that, this is a very impressive submission that I played for quite a while. Good job.

Good, but keep in mind for next time.
Make it so the S can also get you out of the shop because it sucks when you have to use the mouse making it so you can't move or shoot while all the enemies bullets are hitting you.

Well then... this game was actually pretty entertaining. The difficulty curve isn't too bad (it's a bit on the easy side, though), the upgrade descriptions were fun to read due to the tone of it, and the upgrading itself was done in an interesting way. A few minutes in everything started looking like a bloody bullet hell game.
The only things that bugged me were that the keys tended to stick (thus restricting diagonal movement randomly), it got kind of difficult to tell whose bullets were whose, clicking on the shop left you a sitting duck for a few seconds (I died a few times because of the shop :\), and the music is pretty repetitive.
Otherwise... not bad.
