Good, but could be better
I think that it's a great game, but there's some things that could be better:
Bigger screen
More decals/monster graphics
Tower growth - auto upgrading depending on how many monsters it kills
Stuff like that.
With little tweaks here and there this could be great.
Almost there
Brilliant idea, and the Newgrounds-esque portal is ingenius. Gameplay is pretty good, straight and to the point, but as others have noted; the graphics really need an upgrade. I'm sure you're already hard at work on the sequel and in my opinion, the only things that really need work are the graphics, a wider range of customization options, *definetely* some killer sound effects, and the ability to see a placed turret's range when you click on it. Also a few updates to the menu, and you got a fuckin winner on your hands. COOLNESS KEEP EM COMIN!!!
Good but confusing...
This was pretty fun...but a tad confusing. The tutorial helped a lil but i didnt get it. The music on the other hand was catchy. Nice job there.
Good but....
The game is fun but WAY to easy no matter what pretty much, some things need to be able to be changed... such as the upgrade cost and it's % of stat increase (yes I went to game options to change it but it kept going back to 20% which is way to much for some maps). The limits of the stats are also kinda lame so as you cannot upgrade past 30damage/speed and you can only set base stat so low.
A cool concept you could toss in is a drawing feature, instead of only being able to pick your premade drawings for towers/enimies why not make it so the player can draw there own things with a space limit with titles too even, that'd be bad ass if possible.
Make some of these changes and I think you'll have one hell of a game and then some (because this is already a damn good game, just with some flaws). I love the concept and everything else though.
Keep up the good ideas and work.
