Details...
It feels like an unfinished game. One thing i was expecting after every mission was the voice "Excellent Snake", as in the PSOne game. It's not that hard to put a, fully available on the web, sound after each mission, after all, you got the BG music and FX sounds right (most of them).
Details always makes the difference. It's nice, 3D and all, but details, like a fuel gauge on the nikitas (again, not that hard) can make you like the game or hate it.
Why Snake was on a box?, i don't know, but i feel it was the right thing to do. Maybe you're not good at designing 3D faces, and in my opinon, it's way better to play as a "Snake on a box" that with a "deformed, not looking at all like snake".
As for creativity and originality I can't say much, ripped graphics, sounds and concept.
As i said, it feels like it's an unfinished game rather than a final release.
