Can someone make my fan character, Cobalt The Hedgehog? He protects the Multiverse with ice powers and has all quills pointed up with Silver like boots, but with spikes and Espio Gloves, with spikes as well. and he is blue with a mix of tails and silvers chest hair and has super, hyper, darkspine, ultra, all forms!

Nice artwork. Just smooth en the paint tool out a bit. But who really cares about that. Good job :} also nice music.
It was fine.
Add more features to it, like Stop, Go, Pause, things like that. The art was pretty good, way better than what I could do. But if you had a character discription, you could have a 10/10. Add more characters the next time and if you're going to make new characters, tells us something about it. Also, maybe try a storyline with action, or a more animated slideshow.
