This isn't anything like Battle Realms! Battle REalms is like Asian-samarai stuff. Plus it's not turn based either. It's a pretty good game. So is this actually. It's fun for 1/2 an hour but I hope the full version has more characters.
Couldn't get into it
It's rare that I will review a game that I haven't played much but this completely turned me off. Why do the units move so slowly? You move them one at a time and it takes you a frickin minute to move all of them, so it takes TWO minutes for both players to complete their moves. There's an option to increase enemy movement speed but there's no option I found to increase your own movement speed. It should take like 1 second to move a unit, not 10. You should let people move their units with the mouse (click on unit, click on destination) like in Tactics 100.
Boring
The game itself is pretty nice but I tried playing about 20 different games and NOONE knew wtf they were doing. Complete waste of time, they quit after the first turn.
Great.. But!
i kinda miss that you kan play agenst NPC you don't always want to play agest other players.
