Apart from lacking plot and sound, I'd say this is pretty good for your first flash in terms of animation and I think that you are a person who will put effort in to their animation so I think you should perhaps make some other flash with a script and sound, but still I like the fact fact that you are willing to spend time on their animation unlike some who just skip frames. Overall (considering 1st time circumstances) well done, continue, I see the makings of a good flash animator here.

Take your time.
This was pretty dang good for a 1st (and l've seen the worst of the 1st).
It was very smooth, but lyk others have said it needs sound and a plot.
But don't be afraid of taking a long time to make a simple flash. There are some ppl that can whip out a great flash in lyk a week, and good for them, but if your just not at that level yet, then dont rush yourself. Take your time, and make sure that you are 100% happy with your creation before you submit it, even if it takes FOREVER.
Pretty cool for your first flash
I liked this a lot. The motion was fluid and professional looking, but the lack of sound and properly explained story is distracting. Please make more and take time to include those elements.
I look forward to whatever is next if it's at least of this quality.

Next time add in soem music to go with the flash and then it will be perfect also. Make the stick guys bigger you can barley see them
