If you've ever been a waiter you'd understand the mentality behind all this crap. Monkeys or no monkeys.
Has some potential
The music is pretty interesting but the guy moves so slowly between "pours" that there is no way to service the number of people who want drinks. Yes, the glass flip is flashy but there has to be some way to move about faster. Maybe give the player a limited number of glasses and an area to "refill" the tray so that the game can move along.

Most of the time, when you've got a job, there's a set way of doing things. Only way to avoid doing it all a certain way is to quit. Why keep going? What are you going to gain by trying again and again to do it a better way when you should just do something else?
