I've seen worse, much worse, but you could have really done much more with this. The death animations were creative, but there was no story, no sound, and only 9 rooms on of which did in fact have no one to kill. This might pass as a demo for a game you might be still making but other than that...
Use Sprites

And you probably shouldn't write known glitches. You should just fix them

Killing themed flash. The graphics are below average and really need to look better. Gameplay would benefit from multiple levels and more goals to achieve. Adding unlockables could be helpful as well. It also needs music and sound effects.
