First off... what the hell did you just say?
Secondly, you CAN use the graphics... wherever you want and can upload them. However, your NG experience level-icon is NOT one of those places. So... use away. Just don't expect to be able to hack your image into the NG site-setup surrounding level icon display in forums etc.

Whenever I press Print Screen, nothing happens. This kind of faulty program really pisses me off.
