MrKrysis it's making fun of Proffesor Layton and the Curious Village. Which is a game where Professor Layton and Luke investigate mysteries in a town obsessed with puzzles. That's the annoying thing though. There's a billion puzzles and none of them really make any sense. Luke is annoying in this way too because he talks a lot and gives puzzles as well. Basically, this toon portrays all of those characteristics which makes this hilarious.

Haha, i dont even own the game so i sorta clicked on this just because the curious village is known well on the ds, his girl (?) is so abused haha, layton lays waste to that thing every thusday morning.

And story. What an annoyance that kid is. Probably explains the Professor's medical condition :P
