Yes for starting out its ok kinda half a$$ed. You should improve upon your drawing skills. Sketch some stuff before making a game or a movie and submitting it. I gave this a zero because The graphics were very very bad. Ive seen many more dress up games on here with way more detail that still get blammed. You need something original for the dress up genre. Also do not use the whole I'm only 14 because we are just trying to help you ok. Theres no sense in getting worked up over a game bud. And hey take these reviews and become a better artist or like you said take your piece of $hit else where. It's your choice.
