Problem
Too fast but good animation

Pretty good...
Just make it full screen next time, not stuck up in a little corner. otherwise, pretty goood for a second submission.
few problems
Learn how to size your flashes to fit the screen and slow the action down. It may only be 17/12 FPS but if there are too few poses for each frame it still makes the animation very sharp and quick.
