Not exactly the best, but not the worst. You could do without the countdown, and the 'oh shit' makes it distasteful. The water ambiance was a good idea, I liked it a lot. I haven't heard something like that before. Unwanted conclusion: work needed.

Looks like you picked the right name to suit the song, as it shuffles from calm and noisy. Really awesome all around, and unlike the reviewer below, I have no complaint towards the countdown. In fact, I think it's an awesome addition, kinda like counting down for a spaceship launch or something.
