I think you've done well to change to Garageband, and you've definately captured the songs very core, and established it in another voice. That is not a very easy thing to do, or at least, not in the sense where it will remind you of the same song.
Loved.
I don't quite think that intensely high pitch sound at the beginning is necessary, but the rest of the song was just damn fine!
(PS. also for that remix file, if you could send it to me, that would help, if you don't have the .flp file anymore, I could always just add layers on my own, you just need to tell me the tempo)
