I guess I didn't really want Canada to win so Gretzky knew that he needed to get a group of guys that could work as a team rather than trying to be one man armies. Fortunately for Canada, Gretzkys picks were able to put it together toward the end. I bet it would have been 5-2 in USAs favor if the game had been played early on.

USA didnt deserve to win...
Canada played good today and i'm not mad about how the usa lost. They did deserve to win. the played bad defence in the end of the 3rd. and they really couldnt connect on there passes. Canada just kicked ass today. if we would have scored on that last pp then we could have won but canada just wouldnt allow it. The puck was in usa's zone too long to be able to score. Nice one Canada. You beat us were no one did befor. After all if it wasnt for you hockey wouldnt be around. But we will see you in 2006!
