Not my sort of game but it is well crafted and the music suits it very well.

i did find this game got boring rather quickly, and there was so much stuff going by that i couldn't tell what i was eating, if anything.

I didn't particularly like this game, it looked great at first... but it sorta went down hill.
I couldn't even get him nearly puking since it was too easy. Plus as mentioned by another, there is nothing to avoid. What should be avoided is something that'll make the play puke, as well as too much food, or even something that makes it so it is harder to swallow (meaning you don't swallow it all it stays, making the process harder), etc.
The characters head also seemed too big in my opinion, making him half the size would help as well.
You had something going, but I must say that it didn't quite do well for me.

I don't see any difficulty in this game. You eat food, swallow, repeat. Theres nothing to avoid, and the only way to puke is eating too much, which should never happen because its so easy to just swallow.
So I didn't like this game, at all.
