reminds me of einhander
which was one of the best games in the pre-PS2 era. this is like einhander but in flashgame format.
overall very well done.
would have benn 10/10 but the sheilds were the obly problem i had.

Great game!
There's not a whole lot to say, it's very playable and fun. One complaint I will make, however, is that accidentally picking up another weapon can ruin your entire game. As an example, I had a level three large laser, was doing fine, but then accidentally hit a powerup that gave me the default gun, which I had not leveled at all. Other than that, great job!
An awsome take on a not so awsome genre
To be honest i never really liked shooters but this one is one of the better ones i've played. The graphics were flawless the gameplay was solid and the overall entertainment was great. I have to disagree with some other reveiws the amount of health you start with just adds to the entertainment you have to divise strategies to get around it. As for the shield though, it didn't last long enough; perhaps you could make a power bar especially for the E.M.P. Overall it was entertaining and kept you playing. Good game Sean.

Although it's not the best game around, it's still quite fun to play. The mass destruction with weapons that level up is something that won't get old quickly. Great job, keep it up.
