The graphics were quite good, though you could have drawn some more plants.
The only sound thats missing is when your driving of the road. Idk y all these people below me vote that low, because the arguments they give are invalid. No music gives a real rally feeling. Lag of graphics is just a bit, and the sounds were fine. The engine was quite good, except the tire trails. They disappear really fast and they still cause lag. Use the drawing API next time!
All in all, good game, gave me a real rally feeling like colin mcrea rally!

good title page bit, but they could put a LOT MORE effort in to actual game play
