This game is awsome!
But I cant get past the twins cause when i shoot the guy with the tape (through the eyes) it says i fail cause he got to safety or ran off from a careless bullet.

WTF....When I saw that line I remembered all of the shit i see on the news... I wondered what would I feel if I knew the girl who experienced it... I know its just a game but the message strikes home...

This game is full of everything i love with a sniper-game. A Hell-of-a storyline, Incredicle Graphics, Details, Humor.... The only -, is that its repetive at points, just as Bouncin commented. And a overuse of strip-clubs.

Love this game its going to be the best. For those who are stuck in this game heres a walkthrough below.
LEVEL 1- SCARLET PUSSYCATS
TARGET/S: Steve Sherman.
This level is simple but I'll explain it anyway. Steve will enter from the left. He's the only person carrying a box of candy in his hand. There will come a point when he stops to stare into the window of a nearby club called 'Lounge Lizards'. Thats the best time to kill him before he walks off and disappears into the Scarlet Pussycats.
LEVEL 2: twisted delights
TARGET/S: Robert Bennington
Another simple mission. you'll see a man with a moustache and receding hairline enter from the left. Keep an eye on him. If you see him stop outside the sex shop's window, then thats Robert!
LEVEL 3: ELECTRIC STARS DISCO
TARGET/S: Gary Flynn
If you see someone lighting up around there, then thats Gary - kill him before he finishes his cigarette.
LEVEL 4 - ST JOHN OF DAMASCUS HIGH SCHOOL
TARGET/S: Fred Phillips
This guy is hiding behind a wall shoot the light to the left and wait for him to come out and kill him.
LEVEL 5 - EAST PIKE MOTEL
TARGET/S: 3 Gang Members
Scare all the non-spiked hair people away to make sure you don't mess up. Then examine the ones that have entered the area for spikes on their heads. Then they stop near the middle of the screen to smoke and kill them.
LEVEL 6 - TROPICANA EXOTICA
TARGET/S: Brian Everett
Eventually he will stop for a smoke before he enters the brothel. Your mission info told you to shoot his jaw off and there ya go.
LEVEL 7 - THE BLUE ROOM
TARGET/S: John Johnson and Steve Johnson
These two idiots will be entering from the left. They will look alike, will be walking together and John will be openly carrying a VHS cassette in his hand. They will stop outside the Candy Bunnies nightclub for a chat and a smoke. Kill them both and then destroy the tape to complete the mission.
LEVEL 8 - THE CHILDREN OF THE PYRAMID CUBE
TARGET/S:Jacob Raymond plus his 2 disciples
Kill 2 of them anyway and kill the leader by blowing the back of his head off.
LEVEL 9 - LILY'S WINE AND COCKTAIL BAR
TARGET/S: The Southside Cannibal
You will see a man with a receding hairline and glasses entering from the left and heading towards Lily's. When he stops to look into the window, you need to plug him ASAP. Now your instructions were to totally mutilate himby shooting him in the center of his skull.
LEVEL 10 - RED LIGHT CINEMA CLUB
TARGET/S: Eamon and Cal
This one is actually quite easy. One will enter from the left and one will enter from the right. When you see them stop outside the cinema, thats your chance! Aim for their temples.
LEVEL 11 - HEELS N' DICE CASINO
TARGET/S: Dale Barrymore
Dale will enter from the left and stop for a smoke. Once he lights up, you have your chance. Your instructions are to decapitate him.
LEVEL 12 - CLUB MIRAGE
TARGET/S: 4 Police Officers
This can be a tough level so take your time. Your targets have earpieces which look like tiny radio antennae stuck in their ears. 3 will enter from the right and you need to kill them in the right order. The first guy can be killed in any way you like. The second and third guys are close together so it might be wise to plug the third guy before you kill the second onwhen the second guy bolts off to the left, kill him ASAP because the leader of the pack is about to enter from the right and you'll need to take your with him cos your orders are to decapitate.
LEVEL 13 - CARSON'S DRUG STORE (the final level)
During one of the cutscenes (where Anaksha sees Vincent on TV) she ends her little speech by vowing to find him and "CRUSH" him. This hint should be enough to get you thinking laterally.
Once he's dead you'll need to detonate the bomb he was carrying. Then sit back and watch the ending!
