Fantastic but definitely room for improvment
In a lot of ways, this game is as good as the pay-to-play time management games going around the internet. The art is fantastic and the music is really catchy.
There is, however, a lot of room for improvement. There definitely needs to be more of a story behind it - and perhaps different sorts of characters could have different levels of patience or tipping?
The game would also be a lot more interesting if it was possible to upgrade certain services to make them faster, or purchase upgrades to let the character move faster, or some way to reduce the anger of customers. In the later levels it can get really frustrating at the slowness of collecting money from customers. Perhaps they could all go to a pay desk?
