Animation quality warrants a 9/10, since the movements were rather stale and what not. The Political message would have been a 10, but 'What kind of asshole doesn't want cheap healthcare for everyone' is not what i would call a good question. so 1 point off. it's still a 4.5, nearly 1 point higher than the mean of the scores you have been given, so you can't call me a heartless jerk for giving you a 9/10
