Reviews for "Jim Day 08"

meh...

short...nuffing i havent seen before the only thing i enjoyed was the ending theme and uhmm yea >.> sry keep it up tho

Jimtopia responds:

I wont just keep it up, I'll keep improving too.

Not funny

By far the best part was the song in the end. Slow pace, not any good graphics, and the jokes were lame, and still you used the same stuff several times.

Jimtopia responds:

It's called a running gag.

slapstick...??

not very good as a comedy, slapstick is not very funny any more, unless its charlie chaplin, hes still funny.

the animation was good however and the sounds matched with what was going on in the flash however without a good storyline or good comedy these things go to waste. in future try and think through the dialoge and plot, look at your flash from the viewers angle and modify whatever you see that might not work for the audience.

Jimtopia responds:

Slapstick is what Jim cartoons are about, if you don't like it, don't watch it. Glad you thought the sound was good though.

EARBLEED

I hated every sound in that flash.

Everything else was O.K. I guess.

Jimtopia responds:

Weird, I liked every sound in that flash.

That was it?

And this got a front page? Well.. the voice acting was alright but I didn't like the voice and the fact that you just re-used the falling down the stairs noise twice in the frame of about 30 seconds (or less). The animation was average.. Nothing really has any details, perhaps that's your style? It's above a stickman style but below anything with with substance. Perhaps I was kinda dissapointed cause I expect things with a plot or some purpose or some quality for front page stuff on newgrounds.. But that's just me.. Next time: Longer with some type of plot please (It's his birthday and he's retarded is not a proper plot)

Jimtopia responds:

Yeah, because everything needs a plot.
