Sorry, but in my honest opinion, you can do better art-wise, you rely wayyy too much on physical humor, and you can most likely do better than that.
(Physical humor is falling down the stairs twice and having an alarm clock fall on main character twice and having main character endure various other forms of abuse. With NO OTHER WIT OR IRONY TO BE FOUND.)
Try working on... you know... a script, or something, beforehands. >_>

These cartoons aren't meant to have a plot really; and I see no purpose in unnecessary dialogue to move along a non-existent plot. Jim is funny because of physical humor most of the time, that's the kind of medium he delivers jokes on, you don't like it? Don't watch it.

Your animation has defenetly improved over the course of time! You've gotten like, super good! I hope eventually Jim gets his proper collections area :P I love being the voice of Jim x3
