I like it
I think that this is a pretty good game, Visuals were good, sounds were good, and I like the idea that you can target parts of the enemies robot/mech? I would have liked some more attack options though ^^ and over-heat can get pretty annoying
Maybe a soft back-ground song would do this justice.
If you tweaked this I see a possible front pager :D
I like but... I must critique...
I play on a laptop and at the end of every battle my machines fan would go on. Needs some optimization cuz it's not that graphic intensive. Good system though. I want to hear more robotic sounds: grinding gears when walking, guns churning before firing. If the setting is really set into the future of sports, you might want to add some crowd ambiance and maybe some "R2D2" sounds the mechs make when hit or when dishing out damage. Or change the setting entirely where it's split into missions w/different paths. Good job.
Fun and Simple.
It was very fun and easy. I found out that If you work only on the attack when you LVL up, you can do amazing damage with the machinegun (over 100) and pretty much gareented disable.
I would teleport, then start mass machinegunning. Few turns trey are K.O.
One lvl, it only took me 1 turn to win.
