Btw, the car chase, all you have to do is not let up on the passenger seat shooter, then shoot the driver, he takes a min to die.(he will have no life, then after a few seconds drop back behind.) awesome game man!

Wow, Level 4 is hard
But it is beatable. Try shooting as fast as possible, and kill the shooter first.
