I couldnt even get through the whole thing because the music is shit. but i had a couple problems with what i did see. the drawing wasnt great which would be understandible because i know how hard it is to redraw something over and over trying to animate it, but when you barely even included any animations other that the waterfall, a few punches, and krillin running. plus it seemed like it was all just random pictures of characters with really gay music in the backround, and that doesnt do it for me.
