Two suggestions
1: Brush tool with a small brush size (you can make great drawings with them)
2: Use shape tweens in addition to motion tweens.

I can tell u put a lot of effort into this... I couldn't make this... I can't make shit... But it's not that good... you could try... maybe putting in excessive blood for the sword instead of just a little spurt. for the wire... well the wire was fine actually... but just take into consideration you might want to make it a little gorier...

I already thought it was very bloody, but I guess not.
But a 3 rating because it's not gory enough? At least they were mostly creative, not like a point and shoot death. Oh well.
Bad graphics
graphics are bad but your ideas are cool
stick penalty 2 is a lot better though.
