this could be made into a cartoon series
this would be just like that show roadrunner where the coyote tries to catch the bird with projects that fail BUT REALLY FUNNY

Well animated and good finding suitable music to go with it. However it wasn't very original, all the jokes and attempts were exactly the same as what has already been done on Roadrunner, the only difference in this is that the chicken doesn't do anything.
It was a real shame because it is obvious you have talent with animation & soundboard, but you just lacked the creativiy and originality that would have given you 10s from everyone.
I rated you a 2/5 (nothing too new or original) and a 5/10 due to obvious time & work spent on this.

But roadruner didn't do anyhing either, just "beep beep". It's the coyote's determination, trust in the acme company and those near catches which brings out the comedy the most. Anyway a 5 is better than a 4 so cheers.

3 Stars for the animation - I'd give you more but the jokes in your short, they were just so cliché. I know you were paying homage to your favourite animated director but that doesn't mean you have to completely copy his (or whoever wrote them's) ideas.
I'm pretty sure we've seen almost every one of those accidents happen to Wile E. or one of those cartoon characters over 10 years ago; you could've thrown some completely original ideas in there. So don't say "Story written, directed, and created by Anthony Watts" if it isn't so... "Story inspired by Chuck Jones, jokes rearranged and slightly altered by Anthony Watts" would be more appropriate.
But good work on most of the animation; I'm just disappointed by the lack of originality in this front page flash.

Copy? Why not? It's a fantastic way to learn about your favourate artists, like you have woth your work it's so bloody wierd and you've obviously looked a david firths'work. After a while you'll work it into the style you've already developed, and like i've said (I'm just repeating myself now) I wanted to get this out of my system so i can concentrate on my own stuff, my own ideas, my OWN style. I even said in the authors commentary i have a go at imitating them.
Oh well, at least 3 is a magic number and I'm on the front page. =D

If I wanted to watch Sunday morning cartoons... well I'd watch Sunday morning cartoons... >.>;
