That's just so wrong...
The only redeeming quality is the art style. Other than that, no real story behind it, it's very brief, disturbing and disgusting, and well...that's basically it. Me no likey. This basically appeals to people who love sick humor and that's probably where most of your 7 through 10 ratings are coming from.

But that's about as far is it goes. Maybe there's some sort of underlying message here that's I'm not getting, but what's I'm getting from this is an old man taking a dump, finds that's his turd is talking, and then eats it. What I'm also seeing is a skilled artist wasting his talent.
