Not again...
The core gameplay of this game has been duplicated and pimped SO many times, I AM ABSOLUTELY SICK of it. New type of gameplay please =D I'm sure you guys can come up with something... The graphics were good, but the feel of the ship was a little too... how do i say it... "Light".

Good concept graphics. The problem was that it was way too easy. Most of the time I just randomly shot and got through. Also, a small story line or some sort of goal would be cool to add.
I was almost sold...
I lasted much longer than I expected (due to earlier reviews), but it was just not as good as it could have been. I was really excited once the meteor showers started coming from two directions, as the earlier meteor shower levels were just tedium. However, what made this game not good for me was when after the manta ray alien swarm, the game saw fit to leave me with one bar of health, and with no health or shield power-ups. Needless to say, the aliens that shot 6 balls in a ring killed me quite quickly.
Also, the lack of any boss fights detracted from the score.

I overall rate this game a 6 for game-play mostly, although I ran into the same problem with everyone else. Found out if you just hold down on the mouse button, no pop-up should appear. Good job!
EXTREMELY ANNOYING POPUPS
...make the game unplayable unless you hold down the mouse button (thanks to the people mentioning it, this was driving me crazy). Of course, if you ever release the mouse button for half a second, you're SOL.
That's a shame because apart from that the game is enjoyable, it has a great Super Metroid inspired graphic and sound design to it, nice effects and all.
Too bad the popup issue made this a frustrating experience, which is reflected on my rating of the game.
