okay...i like the detail and the shading, but the eyes are a bit...idk...hm...but other than the eyes, its good ^^

Cliche
Mostly well drawn, but the head is pretty awful.

I like the Idea but I always have the problem of things being unrealistic. Overall good ratings, but I want to point out the problems so you can improve. Also, before you add something, try doing some research on it so it looks even better. Great thing to use your imagination like that.
The Desert Eagle is a large gun. You made all of the details right, but it is too small.
Katanas would not be that good for assassinations (But very cool)
The SR-25 is a sniper rifle that is based off of the M16. You made it look more like a Remington bolt-action. The mags are wrong and you would not sling a gun like that.

A great start.
I look at this, and i reminds me of all of my bad days haha. The days where you just want to kill someone for pissing you off.
I'm no art critic, far from it. But, i would recommend shying away from the animatistic style. Don't get me wrong, you make it work.
I believe though, that the anime art style is a bit over done. I feel like even though i see him as an assassin, he seems weak. His muscle mass is far underdone, i know what your going for though and it's appropriate. But, at the same time he seems a bit to scrawny to handle the draw back of any of his guns. Let alone swing a kat.
My last note:
The single eye. A common, but striking symbol. It spoke to me, telling a story of a boy complex beyond his years. It was a flawless addition. Yet again though the anime style is a bit over drawn. As far as the red goes, it's compelling. A blood soaked past is easily seen though that one portal.
Beyond that, it's a benevolent piece. Part hate, part passion. I dig where your going, and hope to see more.
