Story: As said before, there isnt much story in there so far... you may have all planed in your mind but so far it all acts very random
The suddent discover: Tails is kidnapted...TOO
The dialogs etc... so far very weak

Graphics: Bad, bad, bad
A bad mix between Sprites and flash tools(i guess)...
Some bad alignments...
Also the sprites were bad cut... in some cases no transparency...wierd
There havent been much effort on that I suposse...

Sugestions:
Make some research. There are lots of good backgrounds about sonic or some similar games (in struture)
Same for the sound
Get or use some decent tool to edit your sprites/backgrounds... I know its very boring but the results are much better...
Dont use ballons or if you will continue to use them, please make them bigger...
About the credits...its not very good publicity: "All made by me"... Write your name...dont be lazzy lol...

People almost always prefer good speech to written text and it looked like the background was something you made in MS paint then added the sonic sprites on top of it
