bad music, the machine gun was too slow, and the guards never moved.

I don't see what was so bad about the music, but you do bring up a point that the guards hardly did anything- they were often just too scared to attack. This animation doesn't deserve any higher than a 3, anyway.
Well, ok.
Since I know you are FAR better at animating now, I will say this: The enemies didnt hardly attack. But, since this is old, i would hsve gave a 2/10, but it was concidered good at the time, so i will give 5/10, 2/5.

*Very choppy animation
* not a zero because it has potential to be great with some work
*Some of the people never moved crap
*love that you added bios and the strentgh and stuff
over all not shit not great with some work will make great moovie :P
