Good game
The trick to surviving until the bat is to not cover all of the available space and instead just make a design like an asterisk with very dense webbing. Then, you will not get overwhelmed with the amount of bugs. However, when I did this, a bat at the end just flew right through the center of my webbing and knocked out EVERYTHING (yes nothing was left). Thus, I suggest that once you reach bat, you should expand you whole web so that it has as much support as you can.
