Not bad... but not impressive.

Yeah, it was a pretty fun game to play I guess... and it sortof involved tactics if you chose to attack the enemies rather than just outrunning them. It kinda lacked in the amount of options given to you, because you really couldn't win without specailizing in speed. Also, as you got to higher levels, you really couldn't prevent yourself from being hit by 6-12 cannonballs right in the beginning as the ships took off. Overall, it probably coulda used some additions, but it is still a nice peice of work. Good job, and congrats on front page.

Really gay. Frustrating, no options, all you do is get the oars, and when you run out you get the new boat.. the NPCs do that and if you don't do EXACTLY that thing, you lose. Very frustratingly limiting. Not only that, but the cannonballs are poorly scripted. You're supposed to be able to outrun them, so to speak, but the follow the screen and not the map.
Make a game the right way, dumbass.

Nice...

Pretty nice graphics and gameplay but imposibble to complete lvl 5 without a phoenix wich makes the game suck.

The game boils down to how fast you can press the left and right keys. Perhaps something more could be added to the game...
