Not bad, that was cool.
I give you an eight because I truly liked the animation. I do not really know, but you may have a point. Vegeto can actually destroy all of konoha by himself.

Really good...
I actually enjoyed it, I thought it was well done. Only thing I would really try to change is the backgrounds, you can tell especially with the sky of how its repeated. That would be my #1 suggestion for change. The small choppiness in some parts are more than likely due to that but still well done ^^. Fix up that and you'll be set. Once again, great work ^^
