Great voice acting, fluid animation, and nice art.
I originally thought it was a little short, but I realiseed the joke would have worn out otherwise, so it was perfect.

Enjoyable
I have to say that I enjoyed it pretty much. The voices were done very accurate! I mean, Liquid really sounded like him.
The joke itself was a bit to much, but still...made me laugh.
Now the other thing is the art and animation, well done, have to say it really "got there"

Yeah a little of the joke goes a long way. I know people wanted it longer but you gotta keep it quick and short or you get bored fast. Thanks for noticing liquid, I worked pretty hard to get it right.

The idea was fresh and went on for 2 whole minutes without going off into a different tangent.
However, there are a few improvements to make
Animation
I haven't seen any of your other works, but the background seems a bit displeasing. The characters were very well animated but sometimes people focus on the environment as much as the characters. I couldn't tell if you were trying to get at a torture chamber or an office cubicle with all the computers lying around. (I'm aiming towards torture chamber seeing as how Snake's tied up to an electrical torture thingy xD)
Humor was fresh, nothing going 400 miles a second which I admire. (not saying that I hate fast paced humor, just that it can be overused in certain genres).
Overall, the animation was very smooth. Thanks for the fresh breeze ^^
