Its still the employees fault. The employee should NOT make mistakes, otherwise they will loose customers. Management rules says that the employee should get everything right. If it is wrong they should at least give the customer a discount for their troubles. Still this was a good animation. Nice one.

One of the first things I was told was that the customer is always right (Parents). So not only are these guys (at OfficeMax) complete a-holes, but they are not following the basic rules of selling stuff to the consumer. I love the animation, and I love the chick with the file folder that looks like she is ready to cry, awesome job!!
