I like the way you mixed real life footage and animation. Flawless.
The problem is that the sound quality is not very good, I can't understand the kids very well. And there's no subtitles to help, either. I really think you should add subtitles.
And the dialogue is slightly boring.

It Didnt play
It worked fine when I clicked the arrow button before (I didn't have time to watch it) And when I right click and scroll up to click the play button, it didnt work.... Am I supposed to right click the arrow, the screen with the arrow, or the newgrounds screen? I want to watch all of it and the i'll leave a 7 for now
great concept, but it needed a bit more.
I love your idea and the drawing itself is very skilled and styled.
But it needs more... well, I think it needs more length, and it needs more organization, and most of all- I really noticed this- it needs a conclusion. The last sound bite about art teachers just sort of cut the piece off instead of tying it up with ribbon.
Overall, it was enjoyable and unique. Keep going with what you are doing.
