k, i like ur concept but it needs a fe things 1: a
PLAY button (optional and i'd also say a replay button, i find loops annoying.
2: make it more fluid, the quality nees work, look at other stick animations and you'll see they move smoother. that is the one big thing u should improve on here. and perhaps a little bit longer. i'll give u a 4 since this appears too be ur only submission on NG. nice work

The outlines of everthing were fuzzy so you should work on that. Overall it was good though. And one last thing, DON'T RIP OFF DRAGON BALL Z!
