Funny premise, poor execution
The character models looked good, but the animation was terrible. I'm thinking that more comedic possibility would have been there if you had stuck to the robbery instead of the planning. It kind of dragged on, and the voice work wasn't quite there.
And what was Wiggum doing there? He's on Fox.

Do another version
I think this is a good proyect, but this animation was terrible, try a new animation with more frames/sec, and a better quality, dont forget the characters voices, and sound. If you take this from youtube, edit it with flash.

You're lucky it got through the portal. First off: Learn to make a script. Without making a decent storyline and a plot, the animation is guaranteed to be crap.
