Wow

This was a fantastic opening chapter, and I hope the rest of the series can continue on in this brilliant way. The animation and graphics were some of the best I've seen, very fluid and vibrant. The humour was pretty good, with a nice blood-dark vein running through it.

The most important thing about point and click adventure games is that the puzzles make logical sense. There is nothing more annoying than having to try every object with every piece of scenery to try and progress because the solution to the puzzle is so random and illogical. Luckily this game manages to bring logical, thoughtful puzzles into the mix. Sure, we may not understand what is going on in each scene at first because it is obviously a fantasy world we know nothing about, but by observing reactions to certain things being clicked on, you can start to get a feel for what everything is for.

The fact that each scene was self-enclosed made this game a little easier, the lack of an inventory system meaning that you only had whatever was in each scene to utilize. I liked this, but it would be iteresting to see where a more inventory based system would lead, although this would make the game harder with possible backtracking for items needed to progress.

Still, the two endings for this game, whilst almost similar really show the direction that you want to take the game; rewarding people who use their mind to solve the final puzzle with the Legendary status, and giving them a little hint at what is to come in future episodes, and calling the foolhardy who just dive on in without thinking the Reckless ending, with a sense of closure, but no continuation. It's funny, as Reemus seems like the kind of person who is more likely to just dive on in head first without mulling things over, and it is exactly that kind of thinking that gets you nowhere.

Great job!
