Looks awesome. :) Somebodies been practicing drawing muscle structure. Great use of rule of thirds. Very cool idea making the pokeball a throne. Also I have to point out pikachu is adorable.
With all the running he does and the fact that he does do a lot of climbing and swimming, it would be expected that if he ever grew up, he would be ripped.
