Eh, needs more.
It is a basic tutorial, thats it. You need to teach how the lip syncing affects the face and how to sync different mouth movements. I know this was mainly for mouth movements during a long speech, but you still want to hint that it is saying the right vocal sound.

I would suggest resubmitting this with a few of the spelling errors corrected (goig to, alot) adding some sounds and maybe interesting content, and if you're doing a tutorial then make sure that your example finished product is really well done.
