its a good game

Good game I like the "fill xx% of the screen" kinda games.

recommendations:

1. In normal games like this the side it usually fills is the one with less monsters (which i disagree on) and the one with just one monsters where. it tries to make the side without the monster...making traping the monster the best solution.

2. Did you ever consider you always have to use at least 3 colours ? motive => first you are limited to 50% max of the screen...then...ur can take an extra 25% of the remaining 50% and last hit would be the 17.5% u need to finish the stage... and as I saw it...after 5th color u get no extra bonus at all...

3. for future updates...try power ups... or at least something to change ur color especially in later levels where u always seem to put 2-4 of the same color and type of enemy in oposite ends of the table...which always forces u to take one down...unless u would rather waste 1 color (thus losing your bonus) to destroy the symmetry in the stage...so you can avoid traping monsters in there color.

NINJA.

This game is as random as a ninja multiplied by a bucket of chicken. But it's good, too - really simple and effective. I hope the score reflects how much I enjoyed it!

I like it, but...

It gets a little hard too quickly. There aren't enough transition levels. To me, level 6 seems practically impossible! Maybe for every enemy you get rid of, you fill a turbo bar which doubles the speed of your lines. Maybe a power up could do the same thing. It's a fun game... it just needs something to make it less frustrating.

The power bar idea is great! It' s a little late to add it in the game now but if i do a sequel I will definitively consider that.

I give this eight out of ten stars.

The game is original which is always a bonus =D, The graphics didn't make my eyes explode but they suited the game well. In fact the the only real problem i see with this game is that for me it gets a little too hard too quickly. By the time i got to level seven i wanted to punch someone upside the face with the fist of an angry god.

I would suggest perhaps implenting "Powerups" that if you catch them in a shape you gain a bonus. Some ideas for this might be.
- All lines drawn go twice as fast
- Enemies are briefly stunned
- Random amounts of points (1-1000)
- An extra life (rare)
- A bonus which allows you to go to the next level if you find it too difficult.

Of course you could also add de-bonuses that make the game harder like
-All lines drawn go twice as slow
-Enemies are temporarily speeded up
-Random loss of points (1-1000)

Also another suggestion is make the Cursor be able to go vertically as well. It would make the game easier =D

Cheers for reading my review if you have =D, I'd like to see a sequeal to this game as it is very close to becoming a newgrounds classic.

All your points are good suggestions, especially the powerups you can get by trapping into colors. You gave me tons of ideas for a sequel !

For the cursor, you can make it go vertically by pressing the spacebar, although I am not sure that what you mean. If it is, you will find the game lot easier when you will be able to rotate the cursor!

Colors

That was pretty different. I enjoyed it though.

Maybe you could add some sort of upgrade system, or powerups that make the bars expand faster or maybe even special bars that destroy the various things that get in the way.
