I love the cyan accents, they really go well with orange. While this obviously took a long time, I can't help but notice small inconsistencies throughout the whole picture (such as the tubes in her helmet being skewed). I feel the abdomen could be improved, it looks like you took a lot of liberties when you redesigned the armor but in the case of this area I think simpler would have been better. It's missing that sleek quality we're all used to. Anyway 5 stars because this is dope.

Cheers for the review. Yeah the abdomen area I went with the defined ab muscle look. But simpler could've worked also :)
I typically dont do much fanart because people do have certain ideas in mind when it comes to existing characters but I always like to explore new designs instead of having the same one get stale. But still I agree that it is a fine line between designs that people know vs. how far you can push new design :)
Amazing, but inaccurate. Artistically, I cannot dispute with this one at all. You've nailed the colours, everything.
Inaccuracies I can't help but point out:
1. Unless someone is a god-tier player, Samus should be wearing the Varia Suit by now (if this is the original Metroid) or the Gravity Suit (Super Metroid). The Power Suit would drain her health more quickly than you can say "Metroid."
2. Her gun extends to about 2/3 of her hand, if not half. I don't see it here at all.
3. Mother Brain had a visible eye. It seems to have gone missing.
All that still doesn't take away from the fact that this is an amazing piece. Keep it up!
