It was actually pretty suspenseful. My trigger finger was nervous in anticipation when I saw the crosshair come up and my inventory button go away, and still was until I reached the actual "shooting segments" of the game. The adventure portion was a little less intuitive than the first, I think, but it was still fun to play. It wasn't too difficult and it wasn't blantantly easy, either. I found the story kinda lacking, though. I know that not everything can be Half-Life 2, but I would like to know why the aliens came here in the first place or something, and why people pretty much exploded everywhere. I wouldn't bother with a story now, unless you planned on a third Icescape. I personally didn't like the ending either-- it was bland with just a helicopter flying off; without anything happening. But, all in all, pretty good game. Oh, did you change the invading alien types from grey skinny things to spiders, or are there two types?
