I'm not sure if anyone's ever had their Zippo blow up. That's how well made they are. I did see a video of a kid trying to do a Squeeze on his zippo, and his lid flew off.

Only real problems were the unrealistic explosion and the replay problem when you have two music loops playing instead of one. Your buttons work fine, don't worry :)
