Yes it was short and lacked story, but what was done I found very intriguing. I think its something worth building on to find your style and voice. Maybe the cutsie will suit you more. Maybe the darker stuff. I think you might find a way to use them both that will compliment each other very well. Now I'd say just think of some short stories to develop it all. Great job overall. Keep workn. Keep growin. A lot of potentail.
Good effort
As you've said, it is a tad short. With a bit of work, this could be very chilling, especially with that music in the background. One thing, when he morphs into the devil, he looks a bit like Venom from Spiderman. Or maybe I'm just crazy ;-)

Well...ok
It's length makes it imposible to transmit any feeling to the viewer, but it's not badly animated and the music is great.
Try doing a longer flash with more effects, gore and fear and the transformation into lucifer will look cooler.
